✅ Your online booking is just a request, not confirmation of an appointment. You will hear back from us within 48 hours if we cannot approve your appointment request.

✅ Deposits are required to complete your online booking request.

• $25 for Natural and Synthetic Styles per person

✅ Deposits are auto deducted from your appointment when you checkout

✅ Cancellations & Rescheduling

• You must reschedule or cancel at least 48 hours in advance to avoid penalties.
• Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable under ALL circumstances.
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment may result in a cancellation fee up to 100% of your service cost.
• If your child becomes inconsolable during the styling process or is becomes sick during styling the appointment will result in a same day cancellation and all associated fees

✅ Late Arrival Policy

We understand that children can be unpredictable, and occasionally our stylists may run slightly behind. We always do our best to complete your child’s style within the time reserved for your appointment.

If you arrive more than 10 minutes late for your service (excluding single wash or single trim visits), a style modification may be necessary.

Appointments are priced based on time reserved, not services rendered, so the original pricing structure will still apply.

A style modification means we will perform the neatest, most appropriate style possible within the remaining appointment time, based on your child’s temperament and cooperation level.

This policy helps us:

• Begin the next client’s appointment on time
• Protect stylist break periods
• Respect scheduled end-of-shift times
